Living Room

The living room is designed in minimalis style. There is a sofa, it is 4 seaters sofa which you can use for relax while watching TV. If you want to feel the freshness of air, just turn off the air con and open the balcony sliding door. You will feel the wind and enjoy nice city view as well.

Bedroom

There are 3 bedrooms : Main Bed Room, Secondary Bedroom (for children), and small bedroom (for maid, but it can be used for other purpose if there is no maid).
The Main bedroom is provided with high qulity mattress Queen size (160x200 cm) and wardrobe. The wardrobe is large size (LxWxH = 175x55x255 cm) consists of lower cabinet and upper cabinet. The lower cabinet has 3 sliding doors, where clothes can be stored. The upper cabinet can be used to store suitcases, bags, etc. By this wardrobe, the stuffs will be stored nicely and not messy.

Sport Facility

If you live in The Lavande Apartment, you can enjoy sport facility, which are gym/fitness and squash. You can use those facilities by free in charge. Note that in some apartment, there is also fitness facility but the residents need to pay the membership fee. Below is the pic of the gym/fitness.
